Overview

You have been chosen to be a part of a group of staff from Forestry England who can help to improve the way we communicate internally.

Around 100 colleagues from across cost centres and pay bands have been asked to take part to ensure the group is representative of Forestry England as a whole.

All we need is five minutes of your time every few months to fill in a short survey about internal communications, which you will receive via email.

Why We Are Consulting

One month we may ask you about a certain topic, the next month we may ask you about how managers communicate in your part of the business. You don’t need to be an expert on anything or do anything differently – and if you don’t have an opinion on any of the questions that’s fine too. All responses to the survey will be completely anonymous.

The results from each survey will help us to get an idea about what’s working well and what we need to improve.
